In this session our panellists discussed the challenge of legacy transformation, as well as the future of artificial intelligence and machine learning, how it can be used to create a better investor experience and what the barriers will be to success. The panel looked at how data can be used in new ways to generate stronger engagement from investors, in an efficient and low cost way. The panellists also each looked at what the next five years may hold as the pandemic starts to wind down.
